You can use your existing phone number and email address, but it must be from the USA.
If you don’t have a US phone number and email address, you can get one from a service provider such as Google Voice (https://www.google.com/voice) or RingCentral (http://www.ringcentral.com).
Make Sure You Have Those Two (Or You Can Change The Country Settings Of Your Existing Email/Phone Number).
You can change the country settings of your existing email/phone number by clicking on ‘Settings’ from your profile page, or if you already have an email/phone number, you can use that.
